There are officially only three Fridays left of 2024.
Before we try to make new year’s resolutions, let’s make sure that we are right with God. Let’s reflect on making sure our spirit is in alignment with the Lord’s. A few months ago, we had a series on Alignment that you can check out here.
But before we make a vision board on what WE want next year, let’s seek out what HE wants. Take these last few Fridays of the year to fast and find out what God wants to do in 2025.
The bible says, “Seek his will in all you do, and he will show you which path to take,” (Proverbs 3:6 NLT).
It’s time to get still and listen to what God wants to tell us. God desires to instruct us. God wants to carry out the plans that He has for our lives.
“The Lord says, ‘I will guide you along the best pathway for your life. I will advise you and watch over you,’” (Psalms 32:8 NLT). He also says that He knows the plans that He has for us (Jeremiah 29:11). And “But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, Neither have entered into the heart of man, The things which God hath prepared for them that love him” (1 Corinthians 2:9 KJV).
Seek out God at this ending stage of the year because He knows what is going to be in 2025. And the best place to be is in the will of God.
